Birmingham Women's is a centre of excellence providing specialist healthcare for women and their families in the West Midlands.

We provide a full range of gynaecological, maternity and neonatal care. Our Fertility Centre is one of the most successful in the UK and our Fetal Medicine Centre provides care to patients throughout the region and across the country. We are proud to be the home of the West Midlands Regional Genetics Service. We host the National Genetics Education Centre, the West Midlands Cancer Intelligence Unit and the West Midlands Public Health Observatory.

Our aim is to be a leading provider of local, regional and national importance. Our priority is to contribute to the health and well being of the people we serve.

Forever In our Hearts 2012

Birmingham Women’s Hospital is inviting people to attend a special memorial ceremony on Sunday 26th February.  ‘Forever in our hearts’ is a ceremony arranged for people who have lost a baby in pregnancy or around the time of birth.

Give Hope, Give Life

Birmingham Women’s Hospital’s Give Hope, Give Life appeal is seeking donors aged 18-35, with or without children and of any ethnicity. In particular there is a desperate need for Asian donors to come forward. Those interested in finding out more about egg donation are encouraged to call the NGDT (National Gamete Donation Trust) on 0121 623 6600 or visit the website www.ngdt.co.uk.

Tiny Babies, Big Appeal

Our Tiny Babies Big Appeal was launched in June 2009. This appeal is set to raise £2million to help build the Trust's new Neonatal Unit.
