Single Equality Scheme

This scheme replaces the Trust’s Race Equality Scheme (2002), Disability Equality Scheme (2004) and Gender Equality Scheme (2007)
This Single Equality Scheme (SES) for Birmingham Women’s NHS Foundation Trust (BWFT) takes into account the current legislation in its duty to promote equality and diversity. The SES will take effect from April 2008 and will be in force until April 2011.
