Clinical Key Trial
For a trial period all Birmingham Women's Staff have access to Clinical Key, a collection of e-journals and e-books covering the whole range of clinical subjects. There are 586 journal titles and 1156 books. To access clinical key you will need to have an Athens username and password (you can register for one below if you don't have one already). The Library would encourage all staff to take advantage of this free trial. You can access Clinical Key by clicking on the link below:
Ordering Journal Articles
The library is pleased to announce that you can now use the BaseDoc request management system to order journal articles and keep track of your article requests. To use the BaseDoc website you will need to be a member of staff at Birmingham Women's NHS Foundation Trust and be currently registered with the library service. For more information see our Enquiries and Requests Page or you can visit the BaseDoc website.
The Library and Information Service now has its own YouTube Channel where you can watch Journal Club Presentations and other educational content. There are only a few videos up there at the moment but we will be adding content over the weeks, months (and years) to come, click the link below to pay a visit and see what's there so far.
